Terms of delivery

Products

All products in the online shop are second-hand and one of a kind. Product photos always show the actual item. We describe condition honestly, but second-hand goods always carry signs of use.

Ordering and payment

Orders are confirmed by email. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

• Store pickup is free. We will email you when your order is ready.
• Postal delivery across Finland, normally in 2–5 business days.

Large items are marked as pickup only.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for products bought online. Please contact us before returning anything. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Complaints

If a product does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
